With its cast iron bed frame, it can do more than just drill holes

The spindle is horizontal, allowing for simultaneous side milling and tapping operations.

Product Advantages:

The C3000 machine tool is equipped with an 11kW BT40 high-speed electric spindle with automatic tool changer, and 35-row roller guides. It is not only capable of machining side-mounted holes but also excels at side milling and tapping. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a ball screw chip conveyor, a tool presetter, and a 16-tool magazine, ensuring convenient operation and ease of use.

Ctrl Sys

The NK500 motion control system is an efficient CNC system jointly developed by Ruida and Weihong Co., Ltd.

Equipped with a large 15-inch screen, it displays more content and reduces page turns during operation. It adopts a full keyboard layout and more function keys, allowing most frequently used functions to be operated with one key. It is equipped with knobs for machine speed, spindle speed, and feed rate, enabling rapid adjustment of machining speed.
