Product Advantages:

The E1515 is a fully enclosed heavy-duty gantry CNC machine designed by Ruidiao. Weighing 8.5 tons and equipped with heavy-duty 35-45 series roller guides, it is primarily designed for heavy-duty cutting of non-ferrous metal sheets, offering high machining efficiency. It is also capable of processing ferrous metals such as steel plates and stainless steel. The machine features designated space for hoisting operations and is equipped with a NK500 one-button control panel that rotates for convenient operation; a dual-screw automatic chip conveyor reduces maintenance requirements.

  • High precision and stability: three-axis ball screw guide rails, high positioning/repeat positioning accuracy, strong resistance to heavy cutting.
  • Larger spindle: Equipped with Φ150MM high-speed electric spindle with 11kW power, cutting metal parts more easily;
  • Easy loading: The front door and the top of the machine tool are reserved with lifting space, making loading and unloading more convenient;
  • High-quality configuration: Standard NK500 system, automatic tool presetter, tool magazine, etc., spindle speed 15000rpm, high processing efficiency, more convenient operation;

Ctrl Sys

The NK500 motion control system is an efficient CNC system jointly developed by Ruida and Weihong Co., Ltd.

Equipped with a large 15-inch screen, it displays more content and reduces page turns during operation. It adopts a full keyboard layout and more function keys, allowing most frequently used functions to be operated with one key. It is equipped with knobs for machine speed, spindle speed, and feed rate, enabling rapid adjustment of machining speed.
