Product Advantages:
The EC2040 is a fully enclosed, heavy-duty gantry CNC machine tool designed by Ruidiao. Weighing 15 tons, it features 45-series heavy-duty roller guides on all three axes and is primarily designed for heavy-duty machining of non-ferrous metal plates, delivering high processing efficiency. It is also capable of machining ferrous metals such as steel plates and stainless steel. The machine features designated space for hoisting operations and is equipped with a rotatable NK500 one-touch control panel for convenient operation. A dual-screw automatic chip conveyor reduces maintenance requirements.
- High precision and stability: three-axis ball screw guide rails, high positioning/repeat positioning accuracy, strong resistance to heavy cutting.
- Larger spindle: Equipped with Φ150MM high-speed electric spindle with 11kW power, cutting metal parts more easily;
- Easy loading: The front door and the top of the machine tool are reserved with lifting space, making loading and unloading more convenient;
- High-quality configuration: Standard NK500 system, automatic tool presetter, tool magazine, etc., spindle speed 15000rpm, high processing efficiency, more convenient operation;
- Strong adaptability: Can be equipped with a vacuum adsorption table for both pressing and suction, meeting diverse workpiece fixturing needs and adapting to multi-scenario production.

Ctrl Sys
The NK500 motion control system is an efficient CNC system jointly developed by Ruida and Weihong Co., Ltd.
Equipped with a large 15-inch screen, it displays more content and reduces page turns during operation. It adopts a full keyboard layout and more function keys, allowing most frequently used functions to be operated with one key. It is equipped with knobs for machine speed, spindle speed, and feed rate, enabling rapid adjustment of machining speed.
