MB1313 is the upgraded model of M1313 machine, the guideway is replaced by roller guideway from the original ball guideway, the overall load resistance is strengthened after the replacement, and the cutting ability is more powerful.

  • High precision and stability: 3-axis roller guideway + marble table, high positioning/repeating accuracy and vibration resistance;
  • Durable and rust-proof: the water basin is made of 304 stainless steel, rust-proof and corrosion-proof under the working condition of tap water coolant, and the equipment has a longer life;
  • Optional double head: The machine can be equipped with optional double Z-axis, which can machine two workpieces at the same time, doubling the efficiency;
  • High-quality configuration: standard with NK500 system, automatic tool setting instrument, tool magazine, etc., spindle speed 24000rpm, high machining efficiency, more convenient operation;

Ctrl Sys

The NK500 motion control system is an efficient CNC system jointly developed by Ruida and Weihong Co., Ltd.

Equipped with a large 15-inch screen, it displays more content and reduces page turns during operation. It adopts a full keyboard layout and more function keys, allowing most frequently used functions to be operated with one key. It is equipped with knobs for machine speed, spindle speed, and feed rate, enabling rapid adjustment of machining speed.
