Product Advantages:

The NH1530 is a lightweight gantry CNC machine designed by Ruidiao. It features heavy-duty No. 35 roller guides on all three axes and is primarily designed for CNC machining of plastic sheets. Equipped with a 7.5 kW high-speed electric spindle, it offers faster cutting speeds and features a rotatable NK500 one-touch control panel for easy operation.

  • High precision and stability: three-axis ball screw guide rails, high positioning/repeat positioning accuracy, strong resistance to heavy cutting.
  • Larger spindle: Equipped with a 120 mm high-speed electric spindle with a power output of 7.5 kW, making it easier to cut plastic sheets;
  • Dual Z-axis: A dual Z-axis is available as an option, enabling simultaneous machining of two workpieces and improving batch processing efficiency;
  • High-quality configuration: Standard NK500 system, automatic tool presetter, tool magazine, etc., spindle speed 15000rpm, high processing efficiency, more convenient operation;

Ctrl Sys

The NK500 motion control system is an efficient CNC system jointly developed by Ruida and Weihong Co., Ltd.

Equipped with a large 15-inch screen, it displays more content and reduces page turns during operation. It adopts a full keyboard layout and more function keys, allowing most frequently used functions to be operated with one key. It is equipped with knobs for machine speed, spindle speed, and feed rate, enabling rapid adjustment of machining speed.
