xi. language, translation and dispute resolution

Translation Note: The original version of this Privacy Agreement is in Chinese. Translations in other languages generated by artificial intelligence (AI) are provided for the convenience of users worldwide. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between the different language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may submit it to the Suzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules, or file a lawsuit to the People's Court of competent jurisdiction in the place where Jiangsu Ruisu Technology Co.


XII. Effect of agreements

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding privacy practices. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
