Vacuum adsorption and fixingThe best clamping method for board processing is vacuum adsorption. We have two types: sealing strip and microporous suction cups, suitable for clamping materials of different thicknesses.

Grinding grade lead screwThe machine is equipped with P-grade grinding lead screws, which are much more precise than rolled lead screws and run more smoothly.
Roller guideThe EB2040 model is equipped with two sets of #35 roller guides and one set of #45 roller guides. Compared to ball guides, roller guides have a higher load capacity and stronger capabilities for aggressive cutting.

Ctrl Sys

The NK500 motion control system is an efficient CNC system jointly developed by Ruida and Weihong Co., Ltd.

Equipped with a large 15-inch screen, it displays more content and reduces page turns during operation. It adopts a full keyboard layout and more function keys, allowing most frequently used functions to be operated with one key. It is equipped with knobs for machine speed, spindle speed, and feed rate, enabling rapid adjustment of machining speed.
